Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Orders leave in 1–3 business days, then take about 10 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote destinations can take longer. Shipping is included in the price. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout; import duties may be payable by the recipient.

Once your order ships, its tracking number appears on the order page.

Returns

30-day returns from delivery. Contact us with your order reference before sending anything back, so we can give you the right return address. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay return postage, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives.

Warranty

90-day limited warranty. It runs from the delivery date and covers faulty LEDs, a faulty controller or a faulty remote: we replace the part or refund you. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, cut or crushed wires, outdoor use, or using a power supply other than 5 V USB.

Damaged or wrong item

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it.
