Pixelfir is operated by Hallowmade. This page explains what we collect and why.
Your bag
The items in your bag are stored in your browser’s local storage so they survive a refresh, along with a marker that stops a completed order from being cleared twice. Nothing about your bag is sent to us until you check out. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.
Checkout and orders
Stripe collects your payment, contact and shipping details on its secure checkout page. Card details never reach our servers. We can see order and delivery details in Stripe to fulfil, refund and support your order, and we share your shipping address with our supplier only to deliver it.
Order lookup sends your order reference and checkout email to our server to check them against Stripe. It shows payment and delivery status, never your address or card details.
If you buy, we send an order email. If you sign up for the newsletter, we send occasional news and offers until you unsubscribe using the link in every email. Our email list is stored with, and delivered by, Resend.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site and which visits lead to orders. It receives the pages you view, your device and browser type, an approximate location from your IP address, and, when you buy, the order reference, items and total; never your name, email, address or card details. Outside the UK and Europe it sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. In the UK and Europe it runs without analytics cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Your choices
To access or delete your information, write to the contact address on your receipt.
